BioI'm thirty-something and gay.
I moved 2700 miles from where I was born, raised and lived for 30 years. Because I thought I needed to break the family ties that bind and gag. Now I realize it was really just to find myself. To figure out what traditions I want to carry on and what new ones I want to start. I moved to FL December of 2002 and I've found out a lot about myself. I moved to TX in September of 2005 and am enjoying my new love and my new life immensely.
I'm a blank canvas and am whomever I want to be... I always was though; I just didn't realize it at the time. I had to travel a different path to find that out.
The past is the past and doesn't have any bearing on the future... if, that is how you choose to live your life.
At some point you have to take responsibility for yourself and who you are and the decisions that you made to get here.
